SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping across Canada on orders of $75 or more on the website. This excludes online courses.

This offer does not apply to resellers and stores that receive a discount. If you are a reseller or store, shipping costs will be added manually to your invoice just before your credit card is charged.

If you have to pay shipping costs, we review each order before shipment to reduce costs where possible.

Please note that some products are not eligible for free delivery due to their large size (e.g. canvas larger than 30″) or fragility. If this is the case, it will be written “This product cannot be delivered” on the product in your shopping cart. If you would like to pay the shipping costs yourself, or take the risk in the event of fragility, please call or e-mail us so that we can assess whether this is possible.

Some canvas sizes are simply too large for standard shipping. Large sheets of paper will also be marked as such in your cart, as we cannot ship them flat. If you are happy to receive them rolled or folded, simply note this in the comments section of your order, and we will send them to you at no extra charge if your order qualifies for free shipping.

REDUCED SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be reduced by us if it’s possible to send your order in a regular or large envelope via standard mail instead of a parcel. The difference is significant, as the minimum shipping cost for a parcel is approximately $10 to $15 depending on the destination, compared to shipping in a large envelope, which varies by weight: in Canada from $2.61 to $7.36, in the United States from $4.29 to $14.99, and to other countries from $8.60 to $29.96. Of course, if you selected Priority or Xpresspost shipping, we will not change your shipping method to standard mail in order to maintain the expedited shipping option you selected.

This discount option primarily applies to patterns and stencils up to 8.5″ x 11″ in size and when ordering small quantities. It may also apply to other lightweight and small items such as paintbrushes.

We will notify you by phone or email to reimburse you for the transportation costs paid and to have you pay the correct reduced amount.

1. General Information

Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we will notify you and refund the full amount of your order to your original payment method.

2. Delivery locations

Items offered on our website may be subject to shipping restrictions for certain countries. We accept orders from customers in all countries who have their items delivered to a Canadian address. We reserve the right to partially or fully cancel an order if purchased items cannot be shipped to a country other than Canada in accordance with Canadian export laws or restrictions. In such cases, you will be notified by email or telephone to authorize a partial shipment of the permitted products, or we will refund you to your original payment method.

3. Delivery time

An approximate delivery time will be provided when you place your order and select your shipping method. Delivery times for large envelope shipments using regular mail are 2 to 4 business days within Canada, 4 to 6 business days within the United States, and 4 to 7 business days to other countries. These delivery times are estimates only and are calculated from the date of shipment, not the order date. They are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order. Barring exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to ensure your product is delivered within 5 to 10 business days of your order date; otherwise, we will contact you. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier company’s shipping practices, the delivery location, the delivery method, and the items ordered. It is also possible that the products may be delivered in several separate shipments.

4. Shipping Instructions

You can provide specific shipping instructions by replying to the email from your order confirmation email or by entering them in the appropriate section when completing your order. Please be sure to include your order number if you email us separately.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of your order and the shipping method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you wish to buy to your basket and proceed to the checkout page. This is where the shipping costs will be displayed. Additional charges may apply for shipping large or heavy items or to remote areas. You will be informed of any such charges on the payment page.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped. Shipping costs include sales taxes where applicable.

Any customs duties required by the authorities are not the responsibility of Pin-So and must be paid by the customer.

We review each order prior to shipment and use regular mail instead of parcel post whenever possible to reduce shipping costs. You will be notified by e-mail.

If for any reason we need to increase shipping costs, you will be contacted for approval or cancellation of your order.

6. Items damaged during transport
